"This apartment is very very bad. If anyone is reading my review, please do not waste your money living here. I've been living here awhile now and I never had problems when Kay Management was here, but when the new company took over, we had lots of problems. They keep turning the hot water off and now everyone's bathtub is clogged up. This place is lousey. Please read every review and you will see what I mean. I think every review is a bad review and it's true. Zero stars all the way."

"This apartment is very bad I do not recommend I have been living here for years and since the new owners came it has been super bad they have you pay for everything if you put things on the porch you have to pay 100 dollars every month if someone put trash on the floor everyone has to pay 50 dollars every month instead of them hiring people to do that they have us do it and make us pay if we don’t the rent goes up every time you renew your lease and it much cheaper at other places also they have many rats and bugs and old pipes and acs they don’t turn they heat on till it’s super hot it’s just a big mess and the list goes on and on"
"I have left several messages with a phone number and email included as a prospective future resident , my inquiries I have gone ignored. If they won't respond to inquiries I'm sure they don't respond to tenants. Thinking the new reviews that magically brought their rating up are fake."
