"I have been a patient here for about 20 years and I agree with the recent posts that it has gone downhill. I need a prescription refill which was denied when the pharmacy called it in. I have been trying to get a response to 2 left voice messages for more than a week. I finally called the front desk and was told that she would put an urgent message into the provider to call me or refill. Two days later and no message/no refill. I have been out of my medicine for days. I don't know what the problem is."

"We are new patients - I called today to set appointments for 4 people in our family. The receptionist refused to set appointments and was completely unprofessional. I'm confused as to why she is employed. I am contacting our insurance and changing PCPs immediately. This office seems incapable of completing the most simple 1-minute tasks, so I will not trust my family's health to this office."

"I attended this office for years as a kid and always had a great experience. I recently got out of the military and re-established care here. No issues and now I can’t even get a refill on a prescription that was denied because I need a follow-up for a prescription I’ll be on for life and have been taking for over 2 years. I called multiple times, left messages, talked to the receptionist, and sent virtual requests. Not once was I called back or told that my prescription would not be filled till I had a follow-up. So now I’ll have a lapse on my prescription that was completely avoidable. Oh and the suggested resolutions were to go get 2 days worth from the pharmacy or visit an urgent care facility. The practice has gone down hill and patient care is clearly not a priority. AVOID!"

"Closer to 1.5/5 stars. Since Stefanie Osterloh left the practice everything has just gotten worse. Office never picks up most of the time unless you bombard them with calls, getting refills is an absolute nightmare as the pharmacy never hears back unless you harass the office, and a new Forrester, replaced the original Forrester who was the replacement of Stefanie. The original was a happy to help individual who understood patient needs and requirements, the current Forrester is a rude woman who clearly thinks her position means she lords over patients. Fun fact to you ma'am, medical field is surging with options and your position is literally a dime-a-dozen one. You'll be replaced in due time if you can't fix your attitude, either by the practice or by Luminis just like they do at their other practices. My experience was so bad with this replacement that I immediately changed to a PCP down the road and the quality of experience has been far better. It's a shame really, this used to be a wonderful practice with little trouble but the staff has either just given up or they aren't held to a high enough standard anymore for it to matter. Steer clear until the reviews get better, they aren't anything special.... anymore..."

"We have been a part of this practice for over 20 years and have seen a terrible decline in patient care. The practice is understaffed, and people are leaving left and right due to mistreatment by the company, who now owns the practice. When Luminis took over, my self and several others were never notified about our CRNP leaving the practice. The staff claimed letters were mailed, but the staff also confirmed several complaints came in stating they received nothing in the mail or through the patient portal. It was very disheartening to know the provider you know and trust, has vanished without a notice. Today, I called to get a well visit for my husband and was left on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up. When I went in a few weeks ago and needed to schedule a well visit for myself, they told me they did not have a schedule for the new CRNP in the system and she has been there for over 3 months. We are in a digital age and their system is not functional. I miss the staff who were there before. They were efficient and polite. Luminis needs to do a better job!!! The only good thing I will say is that Maire Yasin, CRNP, was wonderful as was her MA. I am, however concerned BOTH she and her wonderful MA won't be there long either, since the company morale clearly sucks!! I used to refer people here, but no more. Hope to see changes soon."
