"UMZ is very professional and responsive. My initial call to ask about a bid/quote for services was promptly answered. They came out on 9/8/23 provided the bid/quote for the work and they were able to fit me in on the same day! UMZ Services did an excellent job! I had my steps, gutters and rear town home and shed siding cleaned. Before it looked drab, dirty and mildew stained. By the end of the soft power wash, it looked fantastic! (They even moved some large planters I had on the porch, before getting to work). Additionally, there were some difficult spots where the siding looked to be nearing its end, so I asked about their painting services. UMZ was able to come out the next week 9/16/23 (when it was sunny) to tackle painting all of the siding. It looks amazing. Now, the buttery yellow of the siding is so bright and cheery! They even left some paint for tough ups. I'm ready to start the work on preparing my plant beds for fall. I definitely recommend UMZ Services. The quality of their work is stellar!
