Premier Health Express Urgent Care-Columbia

"My recent visit to Premier Urgent Care in Columbia left me deeply dissatisfied. Amidst uncertainty about my health—whether it was the flu or Covid—I sought their assistance, hoping for clarity and support. However, it's been an exasperating 4-5 days, and I've yet to receive any feedback regarding my test results. The communication was a chaotic maze. Every inquiry I made about my results led to redirections and shifts between different locations, leaving me utterly frustrated. The staff seemed indifferent, displaying a lack of concern for my situation. Despite their claims to honor and respect the armed forces and their dependents, my experience contradicted this entirely. While the nurse was kind, the operational structure of this establishment is abysmal. The inability to walk in for immediate attention and the necessity to schedule an appointment, only to face further approval delays, resulted in a four-hour wait despite minimal patients on site. This inefficiency and disorganization are simply unacceptable. Moreover, the turnover of staff appeared alarmingly high, indicating deeper issues within the facility's management. As a once hopeful and trusting patron, I'm thoroughly disappointed and will not consider returning to Premier Urgent Care."

"Their sign says walk-ins welcome, yet I get to the front desk and he tries to schedule me for an appointment for 3 hours later. I’m here because I NEED to be seen! You should not advertise “walk-ins welcome” if they are not welcome. I will not be going back!"

"Clean facility. Came in Monday, the doctor was friendly. It is appointment only (was not aware or placed anywhere) but they were able to squeeze us in. Would recommend!"

"I would give this place ZERO starts if I could. I walked in an empty waiting room and their site said wait is 0-15 minutes. Still took over an hour to see an RN. They performed no blood work, no Covid testing even though my symptoms are consistent with that. I had to ASK to lay down with a 101 fever and that's what I was offered. I am 5'10 and that was not anywhere comfortable. RN was clueless what to treat me with. AND they discharged me with someone else's paperwork. Please avoid this place even if it is last resort."

"I visited the place last month as my son was very sick. As I was filling up papers nurse noticed my son is not well. She took him right in and told me you can keep on filling up papers. She was such a nice person and took care of my son very well. I wish I would have noted her name. The doctor was very nice too. It was a very good experience. Only thing which I have to take one star off is I kept on calling everyday for my son's test results copies. And as of today I didn't receive them. And one time the person handling calls was very rude. Please fix this problem. But overall I will recommend this place."
