"Just a great place for burgers. All of the burgers come with a bottomless side. We were not asked about a refill on any of ours but we were also quite full. I got the Southern Charm burger with everything it comes with and garlic fries. The burger was cooked to order, the toppings were fresh and the buns were soft and deliciously buttered."

"Great burgers and delicious fries. Love their seasoning also. We ordered online for pick up on veterans Sunday. It was quite busier than we anticipated. Order stated ready in 20 min and it actually took 45min. Wish there was a tracking app so that customers could base their arrival on that instead of waiting inside with 20 other guests waiting for food or a seat. Decent parking in a shopping area setting with other restaurants and a stores."

"The first time I've ever been to a Red Robin and it will be the last I will ever go back. First my son sat down on the seat in a booth and the freaking seat flipped down and my son fell on the floor hurting his knee. Someone came over to assist but we had to wait over 10 minutes for them to come back to fix the seat properly instead of moving us somewhere else, I ordered a hamburger w/o cheese because I'm allergic to the yellow dye) garlic fries and a root beer float, I got a root beer float that's half full, I got a burnt crispy hamburger burnt french fries, a nice hard appetizer. I asked if I could get another hamburger and french fries.What do I get a nice burnt hamburger a second time around with cheese and no garlic fries. The waitress wasn't nice and everyone around seemed to be miserable, when I asked to speak with the manager all I got was everyone laughing. So I took my child and left. Maybe they should get a Cook that can actually cook. Never again."

"One of my all time favorite chain restaurants this location did not disappoint. The place was clean and staff was exceedingly friendly. The bartender Sara was fun to talk to, she had just today updated the chalkboard brew list and did an amazing job. I ordered the limited edition Tycoon Burger that comes with their bottomless fries. It was juicy and the mushroom and truffle flavor comes through perfectly with the pickles giving it a very balanced bite. The red onions were a little overpowering, Sara had told me she normally gets it without onions and I would agree with that recommendation or at least fewer onions. The fries with their seasoning salt were amazing with their honey poppy sauce which I highly recommend. I normally get the garlic fries but wanted the classic tonight. Another outstanding Red Robin location. Try the Bonzai Burger that's also my personal favorite."
