"I moved to Largo in January and this location is the closest to my house to buy parts for my project car. There was a lady there named Perry who was there for a while. You ever meet someone who just made you smile because they were so positive and wanted their costumers to be? That’s her. If she still works for the company she should go back to this location. She was always pleasant and helpful. Kind of a breath of fresh air. 5 stars for her wherever she is!"

"This review is both for Advance Auto Parts online store and the store in Largo. I went online to look for a part and decided to do same day pick-up. The part I wanted was out of stock at my neighborhood store and was showing that it was in-stock at the Largo store. So I made my purchase and headed to the store. When I got to the store they could not locate the part. After searching for several minutes I was told they did not have it and would have to call around to different stores. So its obvious that the on-line store does not have an accurate listing of whats in stock and whats not. So after calling around they were able to locate it at another about 4 miles away. So I went to that store to pick it up. When I get there they had the part ready but wanted to charge me again. I informed them that it was an online order and I already paid for it. I was then told that it didn't work like that. I would have to get the Largo store to cancel the order and get refunded (which would take a few days) and I would have to either go online and order it again at that store or pay for it. Not only did they not tell me this, they also didn't cancel the order until I called and complained."
