McCoys Ferry Campground is a picturesque camping destination located at Mile 110.4 on the C&O Canal Towpath in Clear Spring, Maryland. Nestled between the towns of Big Pool and Big Spring on the Maryland side of the Potomac River, this campground offers 12 single drive-in campsites, each accommodating up to eight people. The campsites feature picnic tables, fire rings, and grills for a comfortable outdoor experience. In addition to the single campsites, McCoys Ferry Campground also offers a group site that can accommodate up to 30 people. This site includes four picnic tables, a grill, and a fire pit, making it perfect for group gatherings and events. The campground also provides access to pit toilets, portable toilets, and potable hand pump water from April 15 to November 1.
