"I had a phone appointment with Ugochukwu Eze. He did not call me on time but more than 30 minutes late. When I explained that I uploaded my information to the portal, he said he would call back in a few minutes after looking at it. 2 hours go by and I finally get a call where he tells me he couldn't find the documents. That took 2 hours to figure out? So I emailed the docs directly. Ok, cool, he says he will call back again and I ask whether it would be within the hour. Yes, he says. I got no call back. I emailed twice over the next couple of days to see whether he had any feedback on my IRS letter. Nothing. Ugochukwu Eze GHOSTED ME. Which is just absurd. Is this how you do business now? I ended up going to an HR Block in Reisterstown instead (which was a great location, I'll be leaving them a glowing review), because this was downright rude and ridiculous. I know now to NEVER trust this location."
"First I went to their Hampstead location and sat for a hour and a half because the lady was clueless and rude. So I left and called the hr block in owings mills and mr. huy vo had me come right in. He got me a great amount back and I got a 500$ advance on my emerald card for free. He is amazing knowledgeable and fast. I will only go to Huy vo from now on thank you so much Owings Mills H&R block if it wasn’t for you fixing Hampstead H&R Block’s mistakes I wouldn’t have came back"
