"Horrible haircut, first of all the staff seemed angry I was there. I specifically asked for the sides and back to be blended, and the lady cutting my hair just takes clippers and starts chopping up the sides without any effort to blend anything. Rushed me out of there with a horrible haircut. Go to any other place if you can."

"Do not go here! Literally the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. I couldn't really tell there but once I got home and took a look I had to go over everything! There were a lot of patches missing and the lines and shaping is all messed up. I have to go to a better place and get a skin fade to fix this. OMG I don't see how this place is in business. It's so bad. Absolutely livid"

"If I could put ZERO stars I would. My family and I entered this worthless excuse of a business on 11/2/23 in an attempt to get our curly haired sons FIRST haircut. We were immediately greeted with dirty looks and glares. We stood there for a minute waiting to be acknowledged. The woman working the first chair, BRITTANY, proceeded to YELL at us TWICE stating if we wanted a haircut we needed sign in on the tablet. We signed in and sat and waited. Another gentleman walked in, was promptly greeted with a positive attitude and smile, a way difference experience than ours. Another woman, BETH, then got up with an attitude asking who was getting a haircut and if my son was going to be capable of sitting alone. We advised it was his first haircut so he’d probably do better sitting with us. She then stormed off with an attitude and disgusted look on her face, I assume to prepare a chair for my child. We then realized this was not the place for our sons first haircut and we proceeded to leave. This experience was so horrible that the acting manager called us apologizing on their behalf and asking us to come back since BRITTANY and BETH had left for the evening. It was a clear and evident that they were intimidated by my sons textured hair and this reflected in their nasty attitudes and poor customer service. I will NEVER support this business or either of these poorly trained, unprofessional people. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE."

"My first experience was decent so I decided to come back for a second time. This time I was serviced by a black lady named Sheila. I told her I wanted a bald head and my face clean with the exception of my chin and mustache. She struggled with the bald head because she was using clippers that couldn't get close enough. After asking if she could get the cut closer, she had one other set of clippers which were trimmers. That seemed to do the trick. As she cut the hair from my face it seemed to go pretty easy until ultimate disaster. I told her she left my mustache uneven and if she could make it even. She just went into the mustache without any care and cut way too much off. Then she didn't even have the decency to apologize. It's absolutely devastating the lack of care and expertise she had. She should not be cutting hair at all! If I could give less than one star I would. This was at the Prince Frederick location."

"So today I walked into the Prince Fredrick sports clips. Logged in and the stylist told me to take a seat in her chair. I asked her if I could use the restroom real quick she said sure, well went in and took care of business very quick. Walked out and the same stylist had put someone else in her chair. Then gave me a lame reason she didnt have any idea how long I would be. Well i guess 1 min was to long. I will make sure I will never use the sports clips in Prince Fredrick. I have been using Sports Clips in Lexington Park for 7 years and have never been treated this way. Completely unprofessional treatment."
