Beautiful Nails

"Worst experience ever … NO costumer service at all !! the lady with glasses she spoke to us like if we were animals basically screaming at us “what we wanted” “what we want” … one she then said okay wait a little and it’s been more than 2 hours and every person that would come in after us and she knew she would immediately help and they would leave before us ! All I wanted was to take my mom out and give her a nice afternoon present and get her nails done. Extremely horrible I will never come back to a place like this ever ! And I hope you guys don’t either in a way I feel so angry because I don’t think anyone needs this treatment yet some people act like it’s okay."

"I'm very very picky and particular about my nails but go have a book of $200 is absolutely outrageous!!!! They talk about people in their faces laughing and giggling as if no one notices. My nail tech tried her best to do my nails to my liking. She did a good job but not for that price. The fact that you charge MORE for using LESS polish will never make sense to me. Idk if they are pricing depending on skin color but I will be sending my friend in to get something similar and see what they charge her. I love the location but with how expensive they are I don't know if I want to even make them my regular spot. So I came back to get my nails done and I didn't like the way she did the design. So I picked something that was way less complex because I refuse to pay almost $200 for nails I don't like. Because the tech was upset that I didn't like it half way through she refused to do anything to my nails. I have no problem paying for services but I will not walk around looking like a fool to sooth someone's ego especially when I'm the one paying for it. I politely asked her to just change the design and she walked away but still wanted $35 for doing nothing.. Will never go back and my friends that I referred I'll let them know to not even waste their time. This messed up my entire evening being I had plans for when I left but instead I have to hunt around to find someone else to do my nails"

"I moved to Gaithersburg in 2016 and I’ve been going to Beautiful Nails on and off for the entirety I’ve lived in the area. Once I went to the salon in Lakeforest Mall and a fungus formed under one of nails. Never again. Tina at Beautiful Nails is the person you want for service! She’s so sweet, funny and welcoming. If she’s not available find Cindy too but everyone is awesome. The staff at this location have a great work dynamic which enhances the ambiance as well. As for the nails, I work on cars and my gel acrylics will last for 2 weeks plus guaranteed. I’ve gone back for a quick fix on one nail before, and they didn’t even charge me! I take my aunt here and she loves it as well."
