"My girlfriend left a review already but I'm leaving my own and if I can add screenshots, I will because we have no reason to lie. I don't see why we would need to call someone we made an appointment for not even a whole 24 hours prior. The shop opens at 11 a.m. and is posted on the door of the establishment in TWO separate places. He said that the cream is supposed to be put on 40 minutes before the appointment, which is why we got to the store at 11:20 am (40 minutes before, and a time that again, they are supposed to be open) to buy and put on the cream and maybe walk around the area for a bit before the appointment. But again, no one was there. We knocked on the door and everything...it looked closed and even had a closed sign on the door...even though AGAIN it says they are open at 11 am on the door in TWO separate places. But I assumed I read it wrong and we just went back home. We arrived again at the shop at 11:50 and still the same thing. No one was there and we knocked on the door. We walked to the comic book store a few steps away, stayed there for ten minutes, got back to the shop at exactly Noon and STILL no one was there. We waited for 5 minutes exactly, and knocked on the door prior to leaving. No one was in or out of that place the entire time we were there. So saying you were serving customers at 1205 just doesn't seem accurate when we were the only ones there outside. He's saying he quoted us $160 for both (which he did) but I was under the assumption he meant we each pay $160 (so $320 total). So that was a mistake on my part, I admit but the point we had stands. If you have paying customers, please just make sure that you are on time for your future appointments. That's all."

"Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I had a tattoo appointment (for us both), set for noon, and we showed up 40 minutes before as instructed to apply the numbing cream. Though the shop was said to be open 11am to 6pm, they were closed. We figured that we may have misunderstood the time frame and just decided to come back right at noon. No one there. We were very excited for our tattoos, they were both supposed to be small/medium neck tattoos, and we even waited a little more time, and knocked, but no one showed. The reviews for this business seemed great overall, but be sure to be at your business if you have an appointment, and when you say you're open. If anyone who is thinking about getting a tattoo here is reading this, be sure to visit this store with caution and make sure that they're there. Our appointment would have paid this store around $500 (we would have tipped since we want to respect the artist, which is why there's extra money in this total). Don't take your clients for granted, please. Hopefully you can make your next appointment."
