"Really disappointed they changed out the cots at this location. They used to be comfortable and relaxing and now they suck. I’m a 4 gallon donor who is at this location a lot. But these new cots make this site much less enticing. The staff is always great though!"
"My visit today was quick, compassionate, and supportive! I donated a few years ago at the same location and waited quite a while, so I brought a book this time, and never even got to read it, everything went so smoothly! Despite eating beforehand I still felt faint at the end, and the staff were quick to provide cold presses, juice, and lay me down so I could recover. They all checked on me as they went about their work, and made sure I was feeling better before getting up. I can't recall their names but everybody there today (4/28/2024) was great."
