Although they are expensive their superior quality service unarguably justify their rates .However..of the 3 times my car was repaired at Burhans auto repair their work exceeded my expectations.I had my car repaired at other area shops in Hagerstown and had to return for a mechanical correction but not at Burhans .If you have problem with your car swing by Burhans and the car doctors will take care of it . "This place is amazing. Sam is the gentleman that helps me as well as the ladies who answer the phone. I don’t know everyones name yet but I will definitely be coming back when needed to find out. I’ve been here a couple of times and in that time I can tell that they treat me and other customers well. Sam takes the time to tell me what’s going on with my vehicle. I drive an 05 Honda and if I don’t need anything fixed he tells me. This time it was my alternator that needed replacing.
