"SEALs" have been active participants in the Central Maryland Swim League (CMSL) since 1973, with a history of competition dating back to the early 1960s. Morning practices are held on weekdays from 7 am - 9 am, with separate time slots for different age groups. The club's pool is located across from Gate 8 of the Naval Academy.
