"Myself & my fiancé were referred to this complex. It’s beautiful & everyone there is super welcoming & nice. We were looking to move within the next couple of months. We were put in touch with Gerald who made sure we viewed apartments that were in our price range & that fit 2 additional children. We also don’t have the best credit but he reassured that we had options even if we were denied. In the end we ended up being approved but we really appreciated feeling like family with Gerald. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for working with my family & making sure everything went smoothly. 10/10!!!!"

"Really nice community, and maintenance people are SUPER great. I like the gym, clubhouse and playground. The business park is always nice when quiet. The wifi is fast and I like how it's included. I really like how they try to give it a community feel with all of the events and food trucks. I gave it a three stars because I've had two different fobs and I'm too lazy to get a third... I am never able to get into the print room. ( I am in college so that was important to me. ) and the one time my fob worked the printer/computer wasn't working. The pool was rarely open during the summer. All the office personnel are nice, but one particular person said on two different occasions that she had put in a maintenance request for us, when she actually did not. ( so maybe she needs training on the system). But whenever maintenance was notified they were swift and prompt. I've never lived in an apartment before so I wish that the mailbox thing was explained soon as we moved in, so there was no delay of our mail... but that was my own ignorance."
