"We went there for an early lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. Service was average at best. Ordered wings and they were very soft when they arrived at our table. They could have used another 5 minutes in the fryer. Next time I go there I will request they cook them longer. The GM was on site, and he was the nicest guy which is primarily the reason we will return."
"Seated as soon as we came in. Our server was very helpful and quick to get our drinks. She mentioned getting chips and salsa, perfect for calming the hunger while still trying to figure out what everyone wanted. I usually get the triple dipper as my main because it's hard to make a single choice sometimes. But because of the chips and salsa I was in the mood for a proper meal. I ordered the Classic bacon burger with fries and it was spot on delicious. Everything came out with very little waiting, nice and steamy. I enjoyed my appetizer and meal, but sadly no room for dessert. Great place for great food without breaking the bank."
"Very nice staff but sooooo slow. Sat at the bar and there was never anyone there to serve you or up your drink. Also the place seems very dirty. I observed employees grabbing lemons and limes for drinks in between handling everything else that was dirty. The floors were discus ting and the bar top was all stick not being wiped between meals. No one ever came to check on me to see if I needed anything. I had to try and get someone’s attention. I asked for extra blue cheese when I ordered my meal but didn’t get it. Had to ask when I ran out and then had to wait. Sure needs better management. Had the boneless wings with mango habanero which were excellent however. I watched other patrons frustrated around me. Silverware seemed to be an issue getting as well. Food would come but no silverware. Bar tenders would have to handle the bar and table service which shouldn’t be. Lots to work on here.good luck."
"This was a decent visit for Chilis. The restaurant was clean as was the bathroom. The skillet queso came out nice and hot. I ordered chicken fajitas and they were super bland. I. fact it’s the only reason I didn’t give the visit five stars. The service was fair, a bit bit slow at the end."
