"I was greeted as I entered by the office staff. I checked in and after a few minutes I was escorted back to another waiting area. A few minutes later Justin led me to the room where he conducted my CT Scan. He was very efficient and personable. My entire visit was under 30 minutes."

"The receptionist was rude as I entered and she angrily told me to sign in. The sign on podium is not obvious and as I was looking around for a sign in chart she once again told me to sign in, that there were people waiting ahead of me. There were two people in the waiting area and 5 people behind the counter. 2 employees were playing on their cell phones, 1 was on the office phone and the other 2 were sitting at their desks not appearing to be engaged in anything. I understand the process and I have no problem waiting my turn. However, the rudeness of the employee on what seemed to be a new procedure was a little bit over the top. I have been coming to the same advanced radiology for 5 years, every 3 months. I have never been spoken to the way this person spoke to me. I had never seen her there before and I hope I never do again. On occasion, I use a different, yet much busier advanced radiology location and have never had any issues. Even on the busiest days they are always pleasant and efficient. This employee could use some lessons from them in patient/customer service."
"This was the best place I have ever visited for a radiology visit. The staff were so nice, friendly and professional and the radiologist was superb as she calmed my fears and I am a hard stick with a needle having tiny veins but she did it in 1 shot. Amazing. This will be my new selected choice to visit for any future visit. Kudos to the nice place and pleasant staff. Thank you all."
"I like this location for numerous reasons. I never have to wait but a few short minutes. Everyone in the office from the check in desk to the area you end up in for testing is so pleasant, friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend this office to my friends and others who are looking for the best of the best."
