"I don’t know why I never thought of Googling this practice and as soon as I did and read the other reviews, I confirmed that I am not the only one who thinks this place is not a good fit for the public. First, the cancellation policy is ridiculous. The office manager was unprofessional and money hungry. She can probably use some therapy herself or at least some manners to deal with patients and their parents who are also going through stressful times. I don’t have anything negative to say about our therapist, she was very accommodating. I hope no one ever has to deal with this practice. I certainly do not recommend it."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My therapist was great, however, the office administration company overall is horrible. They have an unreasonable cancelation policy and threaten with termination if you cancel 2 sessions with "late" notice. The company operates like a corporation rather than a mental health service that wants the best for its clients. You have this tight cancelation policy looming over your head creating a fear of losing a therapist if you cancel when life simply happens. Nothing in life is guaranteed and last-minute situations pop up, but this company clearly does not understand that. I basically had to choose between my job or a session and when I tried to explain my cancelation was out of my control I was still terminated as a client. Don't bother wasting your money on a company that cares more about their paychecks/profits than their clients!!"
"I would not recommend this office at all. They are very in professional. They do not know how to speak to you and they are suppose to be therapist. If you cancel 2 times with your therapist they automatically tell you that they can no longer help you. I cancelled my appointment 4 days before i was scheduled for due to having surgery and revived an email 3 days later so that they can no longer help me. They get you no where. The therapist here are horrible. I would not recommend this practice at all."
