"I has a great experience with my toddler son. The dental assistant was so sweet she made sure to make my son feel very comfortable before the doctor came in. She offered him a toy to make him gain her trust, and he did so well, besides being only two years old, the doctor was also amazing. She took time to explain to my son what she was about to do instead of just prying, his mouth open, and doing her thing. She also took the time to make my son feel very comfortable and not afraid of her. My son left actually very happy and requested to stay at the dentist lol."
"I didn't have very good experience with this practice. The Dr did the cleaning for my daughter today. She was so impatient and rush. She spent like 10 minutes with her and rushed finishing off to go to check on another kid next room Which went in earlier than us to get teeth cleaned. This office has been changed our appointment quite a lot. We were originally scheduled with Jaylee dental hygienist who is the best. We go to this office because of her .But this frustrated me very much since we always end up to see other hygienist.Jaylee always takes her time to make sure all teeth are throughly cleaned and very good with kids. The Doctor called and her office also reached out to offer us to go back to get a cleaning again in October,when they know that me and my daughter didn't have a good experience last time. I really appreciate their effort to try to make things better and they take their patients' feedback seriously. We will be keeping going back ."
