"We actually met him a few years ago standing in line at a bank. But, When we broke a glass from our customer's cabinet after trying to move it, we didn't even think of this guy. We happened to be at a little shop in linthicum and they recommended Bob's Glass. We called and he had quick availability and even took our old broken glass out of the cabinet door for us and had it fitted correctly and was all done in no time. As a small property maintenance business owner, he will be our new go to glass guy!"
"Bob is phenomenal!!! We have a huge bay window in the front of our townhome. We had Thompson Creek windows come out to look at the window and they said they would not replace the window pane but they would replace the entire window for only $4000. We had Bob come out and he was able to take the window paint to his shop, fix it and bring it back for 10% of that price! You have to use Bob if you are looking for quality and affordability. Plus, he’s an honest man and just does good business."
"I contacted this business the beginning of last February. I needed a few screens replaced and a window fixed. After he didn’t show up for his first initial time he finally came out, checked out the window and said he had to order a part. Took all three of my screens to fix them. I contacted him several times to find out when it would come in and he kept telling me he was still waiting on it. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts. I have since been trying to reach him again and no answer or response. Super frustrating as screens are not cheap! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
"I came home from work to find my neighbor’s tree branch had launched itself through my bedroom window. There was glass everywhere. It managed to go through the screen and a double pane glass window! Bob instructed me on how to remove the window, I brought it to his shop and he fixed it in a matter of a few hours. He was awesome! It looks brand new."
