"Bad impreesion. Worse staffs ever"
"They send me DIRTY shoe. I went to the store to buy my Godson gift, and they gave these shoes with different color (white and the other one yellowish with an orange stain) so I placed an order with the same style delivered at home. 2 days later it arrived the same F dirty shoes that they showed me at the store!"
"I usually don’t shop at the foot locker at this mall. But Today around 1pm, My sister and I decided to go into foot locker to either buy myself some shoes. Not even fully walking in the store, one of the employees told us that we can’t be here during school hours. We both were confused because we might look young and I get that but we told her if she wants to see our ID. She rudely cut us off and said that she will have police escort us out. How do you think we as customers will feel after that whole conversation. One she kept cutting us off as we told her that I’m 21 years old and my sister who is shorter than me is 24 years old. Never coming here again. Literally made us feel like she didn’t want customers in the store. She really could’ve asked us our age or ID if she wanted to make sure we weren’t students but in a polite way. In this world, asking in a polite way is to hard to do."
"The female assistant manager lights up the place, she's so friendly. Every time my family and I visit Westfield Wheaton mall we look forward to seeing her. Even on busy days she makes sure we leave satisfied, as she juggles between customers she helps everyone with an upbeat positive attitude. My girls love her and look forward to seeing her every time we shop at foot locker Wheaton !!!!"
"I didn't like this place. The employers talk through their walkie-talkies making fun of people on top of that they charged me twice for the same purchase and told them what I can do to get my money back and they just told me to call a 1800 number that had nothing to do with what I needed help with. I called the store 5 time and no answer. There customer service is really bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there."
