"My daughter has been coming here since she turned four she will be 7 this year and cannot wait to share her experience for this years birthday with her friends. This place is a staple for her birthdays, place for fun, reward for great behavior and school work . Each visit we are welcomed warmly and receive the most personable caring energy while being serviced with quality products. She loves the kid friendly music, special spa robe, snacks and girl talk! We are loyal customer and I recommend posh and play anyone looking to create lasting positive memories for little ones.Also because this is her 4th maybe 5th visit they offered a FREE service to the birthday girl! I would recommend some type of communication or voice message when they are out of the office due to experiencing calls not returned in the past, other wise our visits have worked out to be great experiences"

"Although my daughter had a great experience here last year, I am sorely disappointed with the management of this facility especially regarding parties. People do not respond to your calls and inquiries in a timely manner. I had to point out discrepancies in policies on receipts versus website or verbal expectations. You're better off using a Groupon because if you do PayPal, they will pass the fees on to you. They wont let you pay for a birthday party in full because you have to HAND DELIVER the final payment to the facility. My daughter had 4 people at her party and we don't know where the rest of the pizza went beyond 4 slices. Glasses were half full of juice. Owner doesn't know boundaries or how to talk to people. She also overstates and makes excuses. Ambience is great when you walk in, but don't be fooled! We will not be back nor will we recommend. ***Please see below for more on the lack of professionalism and oversharing that I am talking about! Smh*** also note that my former review which was completely positive was NOT commented on. I too could share many more accurate details about this encounter, but will not. The evidence is in the reply that the customer is NOT always right."

"I just had my niece birthday party .Staff very professional waited on us the entire time. My niece spilled a bag of chips on the floor and we tried to clean the mess up but the owner insisted we enjoy the party and cleaned up the mess for us. Another little child put her face in cake and had frosting every where. I was impressed with staff quick reaction and attention to detail. Each time a child drifted to their parents in the waiting area staff quickly intervened and found ways to keep the girls entertained. My niece has tiny feet and I was surprised to see the staff bringing a new box of assorted flip flops and let my niece chose a pair for her pedicure because the pedicure slippers would not stay on her feet. They owner seemed engaged throughout and coached staff in a way that enhanced the experience. Owner was what some might describe as giddy. This was a plus because it kept the girls laughing. The party character stole the show dancing and motivating the girls and working the crowd. My niece has not stop talking about it. Another highlight was the staff gave the girls a tour to kill a few minutes while waiting for late guests. lovely experience."
