“We have stayed at this PI regularly for about 15 years so that we can visit family. Even though team members have changed, it is still staffed by a great team of friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thank you all! However, over the last couple of years, a very clear and "uncomfortable" demarcation has evolved between this PI and the associated restaurant. The restaurant has extremely rigid rules for eating times etc. and enforces them in a forthright manner... it makes the whole hotel experience unpleasant. We prefer to eat at the great Café in Tesco, a short walk away. The staff are really lovely and the food is good - far less stressful.”

“Vicky really is the Queen of Curls. She has looked after my curls for years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut or colour them and neither would my sister. Vicky cuts my hair just right and it always looks great and lasts well. She is always professional, gives great advice and is such a lovely person who is really easy to talk to. Having my hair done now is always a pleasure. No more hair cut nightmares for me. Best hairdresser hands down.”

“I have worked at Olico for some 18 months I have recently left due to retirement. In the past I have worked for many cleaning companies and Olico is by far and away the best I have ever worked for. Ryan and Tony support all their colleagues visiting at least two or three times a week. If you order stock it is there either the same day or the day after. Olico is like a little family and I know I will miss everybody terribly”

“Found the restaurant in Google and decided to try it We had dinner in this little cosy restaurant. Staff is very friendly and food was amazing, we had traditional soup as started, mix pierogi to share and chicken in potatoes pancake and fried duck as a main. Everything was taste amazing and fresh.”

Stunning art gallery at the back with original art work too.”

“Thank you so much for saving my boyfriends hair! After giving my boyfriend a hair cut myself, which went terribly wrong, we headed straight to the local barbers. We were fortunate to find Mens Room still open at 4pm on a bank holiday! He was seen straight away, and my terrible hair cut was fixed in a matter of minutes! Thank you so much for fixing the awful mess I had created, it looks amazing! 5* all around … but would give more if possible.”

Rooms are lovely and clean and well stocked with the normal tea, coffee etc Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and cooked to order. 5 minute walk to Dunham Massey and lovely homely pub next door with a real coal fire”

“I was booked in for hair and make up for New Year’s Eve celebrations with HoV. Due to personal reasons and illness I have had to cancel and I first notified the salon regarding this on 28.12.22. My enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by all the team staff members upon them waiting for Kayleigh, the manager to come back, in what I can imagine is the busiest period for the salon. Kayleigh was very understanding and as a gesture of goodwill she refunded my make up, as the slot was filled. The appointments were meant to be non refundable, so I am very grateful for this and I hope to visit the salon in the near future ☺️ 10/10 customer service, thank you very much all.”

“We had our sons 5th birthday party here and what a fantastic time they all had. Excellent staff and a lovely clean playcentre. Would highly recommend this playcentre for a party. Just turn up and the rest is taken care of, amazing.”

“I don't think they deliver, but it's worth collecting from as it's a very friendly, welcoming, nice place. I've ordered for pick up quite afew times and the food's ready not long after I arrive. This is a top Indian restaurant, I always order knowing the food will be top quality because they never let us down. It's always clean, it can get very busy during the bank holidays. There is parking at the back of Sainsbury's.”

“Just popped in for a panini after driving past this place. Panini was excellent, staff super friendly and helpful. Also they have a really nice selection of local beers and other tasty delicacies but didnt have time to stop and look. Will go again for sure”
