“I want to share my amazing experience after being served by Adam on December 3rd. This guy absolutely made my day. I brought my bike in because there were a lot of things that needed fixing. People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own. Honestly, I'll only be visiting Decathlon from now on and he's the reason why. He was super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better! Thank you so much Adam! :)”

“After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient. “Fantastic seller! The quality of the bibs are the best I’ve ever found, and beat any other store or franchise. I just wish I found them sooner. I especially like that there’s two fasteners on the bibs so if you child has a particular large/ small or average neck the bibs will fit! My son is such a heavy drooler and all of the other high street/ designer brand bibs are soaked within two hours and I have to change them. Not with monkey boxes bibs! I use one bib a day!! They also wash beautifully too. The seller is really responsive and super fast postage. Highly recommend”

“I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!”

“Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.”
