Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. “I want to share my amazing experience after being served by Adam on December 3rd. This guy absolutely made my day. I brought my bike in because there were a lot of things that needed fixing. People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own.
