We unfortunately lost our 11 year old pug but the vet I think is called Simon (sorry if it's the wrong name but we were heartbroken) made the whole process from beginning to end so much easier. They have a special room set up where you can spend time with you fur baby after they have gone. Every step was explained and not once were we rushed or made to feel like we were rushed or just a number. We were able to leave by a side door to the carpark so that we didn't have to leave by reception where everyone could see your distress. We were treated with respect and dignity and made Buchanan's the only choice for us when we got our new puppy's, I'm happy in the knowledge that when we need them they will be the first people we go to fie their care.”

He is thorough, explained everything to me about my problem and knew exactly where to work and how to work on it. Cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!!!”
