I was worried initially as I had never dyed my hair before and I also suffer from sensitivity. I felt at ease I got to look at the products Naomi went through the process and how it changes the hair..... Trust me when I say I have missed you during the lockdown but will be booking in this month x”

She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. She had so much time for him, even letting him scan his own shoes on the way out, and checking that his current shoes fit ok. There were people waiting to be served, but Karen took the time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, and we left with a very happy little boy. Thank you so much”
