“A fantastic pub decorated beautifully. There's a lovely conservatory to have your meal too. I had the carvery. There was about 5 different meat choices and huge Yorkshire puddings. Pigs in blankets are available at an extra charge. There's a great selection of vegetables. Lovely roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, mushy peas, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, mixed vegetables. 3 types of gravy. Vegetarian, meaty gravy and gravy with peppercorns. The usual sauces are available, apple, cranberry, mint. Our server was Marc who was just delightful. Me and my friend will definitely be coming back.”

“Came as part of a hen party on a Friday night, the cabaret and music in between were both great. None of our party of 10 had been before but we would all go again. Drinks package was great. Two minor things were, with where we were located it was hard for us all to watch our drinks when other people came around and started using our tables (the two big wooden tables near the stage) one table would have been suitable for us all if they were separated. Also some of the party ordered food and it didn't arrive. Even so we all still had a great night.”

“I visited furniture by Lauren last year looking for a new La-z-boy settee and chair and found exactly what i wanted after many months looking online and in stores. Lauren was very helpful, informative and patient and gave me a really good deal on the furniture. Gavin and James delivered and assembled the furniture and even took my old settee away as well. “As you can see this tatty old rocker (and I don't mean me) has been re-loved! The upholstery course led by Simion was fun, challenging and ultimately very rewarding. As a novice. Simion gave me the confidence and guidance to tackle this project and I know everything that has gone into remaking this chair is of the highest quality.”

“Great little bar with fabulous staff! We hired the back room for a small birthday party. Adam was great, asking what drinks and music we'd like in advance. The room is small but it's big enough for 30 people to mingle. There's table service - and the staff were fantastic in operating the tab system, so you only pay for your own drinks. No food, but we could probably have ordered bar snacks. This was a lovely venue for a small party and the evening was made really special by the great staff.”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end! Saw lots of sofas that I really liked and Greta's expertise shone through. Advised me on how the sofa would arrive and talked about the dimensions, in order to get it up the stairs. Put a deposit down and had to wait until I got the keys to my new property. Delivery was spot on and called me to let me know what time they'd be arriving Would definitely recommend and will look no further if I need another sofa.”
