“I found the phone manner of the receptionist to be briiant when I first rang up to sign my pet up and to book an appointment. Then the greeting and help when I arrived was great. The vet I saw Jack was absolutely fantastic I felt like he genuinely cared, he was very good at what he does. His knowledge and explanation of the situation with regards to my cat phoebe and her skin issue was very good. The nurse that joined us to help him handle phoebe was also lovely and she chatted to my 2 year old daughter while she helped to handle phoebe. Over all very impressed!”

“Sarah is so lovely and really put my mind at ease, she gave me great advice on how to best look after Eddie to make sure he stays nice and healthy and how to implement the changes we discussed. Sarah was lovely to Eddie and myself, there was no judgement whatsoever, just lovely and understanding and professional, sincere advice. Reception staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn't help but notice the amount of knowledge and experience they have when talking to me and other visitors to the practice. Now we have another Cairn - TeSsie she’s only 6 months old and we were very concerned putting her in kennels so young but the trip we were making was unavoidable due to my husband’s (Michael) illness, however no need to have worried she was there 6 days and she’s fine , no problems back at home straight back into her/our routine!
