I took my wife’s mini to Norton’s for a service which was reasonably priced, during the service they brought to my attention that there was a water leak, this made perfect sense as we had recently topped it up twice and could not figure why and where from we were losing water from.On investigation I was told the water was coming from the thermostat housing unit and this part could only be purchased direct from bmw so biting the bullet I said yes go ahead with the job. but after running various tests on the car they found the problem and fixed it, they told me it was a small seal close to the thermostat housing unit which then was replaced, saving me a considerable amount of money I would of been none the wiser if they had gone ahead and put a new thermostat housing unit in. Because Norton’s were so honest I will continue to take mine and my wife’s vehicles there. Thank you for your hard work.”
