Both gentleman were very professional and helpful, in giving me directions to their small clinic (only a few blocks away from the Whitefield Tram station), scheduling my test, and getting my results back to me in less that 1 hours time. “All GP practices are strained at the moment, and access to appointments and services has been a little slower and more difficult than anyone would like - however, I truly think that the team at City Health are a group of really lovely people who care about what they do. I have only accessed the centre via phone/online, as I haven’t requested any in-person appointments as of yet, so I can’t comment on the quality of in-centre service. However, I have had very positive experiences when using online and phone consults, and when requesting repeat prescriptions. Mike, the mental health nurse here, is an absolute credit to the team. He is incredibly personable, funny (when appropriate!), and has really taken time to listen to me discuss my symptoms and experience as a self-diagnosed autistic person. After my last practice messed up my formal autism diagnosis referral, Mike called me and took the time to explain the process and timeline for me, ensuring I understood exactly what the process would entail and assuring me City Health would pass on my referral to the appropriate service after my last GP practice messed it up. Lo and behold, just a couple of weeks later I received my letter in the post confirming my referral to our local autism service. Mike has also regularly checked in with me about my medication and how I’m doing in general. I have truly never felt more valued and listened to by a health professional as I have by Mike. Even in this really difficult time for healthcare professionals and nurses in particular, he is clear, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and will give you all the time in the world. He has been a massive help in my journey of realising in adulthood that I am likely autistic; without his knowledge and friendliness, I don’t think I would have been able to continue to pursue formal diagnosis due to negative experiences with other practices in the past. If you have any mental health concerns or want to request any referrals for neurological or psychological diagnostic services, I can highly recommend City Health. Let’s hope that the government begins to see the value in teams like this one and begins to give them the resources they need.”

“Let's be honest - this is a Pharmacy not a Clinic in any way shape or form. Consultations are thorough, conducted what appeared to also serve as a small stock room, though they are private. The pharmacist was very keen to give advice and very pleasant. My appointment was at short notice and they had the innoculations I required at a reasonable cost. All in all a good visit.”

“A very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible practice. My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

“As Peter Fenton is an Equine (horse) Vet you cannot take your animals there as you would to a small vetinary practice. You call the vet & they visit you! The Receptionists are all really caring & helpful. You can ring with a query & the Receptionist will ask a vet who is usually out visiting other horses. However you ALWAYS get an answer & your horse may need to see a vet as they can't really diagnose over the Phone. If you have an emergency they are usually there within the hour. I have been with Practice for 11 years & would not go anywhere else!”
