The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities. We did the wild west room and some of the clues were so clever and really had us laughing while we were taking the part. “Visited here a few weeks ago as my regular barber (Loll) had recently moved to the premises so wanted to give it a shot. Firstly, I know during Covid we're concerned with social distancing and safety for very good reasons. When i walked in the seating were all distanced apart and I was asked to only turn up when my appointment was ready to help ensure you weren't waiting. The gowns provided were disposable and the chair was bring cleaned when I walked in so put me at ease tbh. Loll is a fantastic barber and I've used her for years so if you're looking for a good haircut with a friendly service can't recommend her enough. She also does fantastic colours and it's in an easy to get to location! Can't recommend this place enough. As with most businesses now they're under strain due to Covid and I'm happy to see that they're taking it seriously and using extra time to make sure it's safe. So go support your local barber and get an amazing haircut from Loll!”

The cafe is also a gem, serving great coffee and a selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Little pricey, but it is rapha after all! There is usually some cycling on the big screens, and a nice atmosphere. The window bar seats are a great place to people watch over King Street.”

I have recommended Pam to friends (who also found success) and would say to anyone with insomnia or anxiety to give it a try. Pam explained the process very clearly to me and her gentle manner very quickly put me at ease. The sessions take place in Pam's home which is a very relaxing place where you can immediately feel comfortable. You're provided with CDs - free of charge - to continue to practice with at home, so that you can continue the work you do in the sessions. It was a very positive experience and the only thing that has worked for me. I couldn't recommend Pam more.”
