"I wouldn’t give this firm even so much as 1 star. They have caused me so much stress in the purchase of a property. They have dragged this process out for 5 months bearing in mind I am purchasing an empty property. No returned calls to my estate agents or solicitors. With 2 quick fix small outstanding enquiries the firm refuse to answer (well so it seems). I wish this firm would understand that we are not just files on desks but an actual family with a little baby living out of boxes. We are so close to completing but this firm will do nothing to help. This firm has caused me so much stress and upset it is totally unacceptable."

"Really happy I chose Collings for our conveyancing during the pandemic. I was concerned as news stories were talking about delays and thought this might take forever. Frank was helpful and reassuring from the start. If I had to find fault, I would say the biggest improvement would be in keeping the customer informed on the progress every step of the way. (although admittedly I am a control freak when it comes FYI property orchard) Even if its just the odd text message or call now and then. Other than that, absolutely amazing and would highly recommend. Will definitely be using again. Managed to complete at the desired time and made sure everything was in place when necessary and all this at the usual cost."
