“I'd initially booked a two week jaunt to South Africa for my Dads 60th and after months of uncertainty we got the call that it couldn't go ahead. Despite this, Black Opal had stayed in touch throughout the entire experience, reassuring us that they would do everything in their power to make it happen. Alas, it was out of their hands. Black Opal quickly arranged an alternative trip to Murrayfield to at least watch the Lions on home soil and what a day it was, we saw all of the players board the buses prior to playing and a stellar 3 course meal with guest speakers. We had great seats and the atmosphere was as good as we could of expected. Black Opal accommodated a payment method they did not previously accept for me to pay for the entire trip and we got great rates for the initial trip to South Africa and the revised trip to Edinburgh. I'd not used a travel operator before, but I can assure you reading this and Black Opal I do not intend to go elsewhere ever again for sports excursions. Special mention to Ben Collis for the initial handling of my enquiry but my utmost thanks and appreciation goes to Kathryn Morris who was instrumental in the handling of our initial trip when it was in limbo and arranging our trip to Edinburgh. I cannot recommend this group enough.”

“I've not been a fan of dentists for many years, however, the dentist Babis has single-handedly changed this view. He's absolutely brilliant. Incredibly calming, keeps you informed of progress (IF you want to know what is going on). Highly professional, and a prime example of a person who is without any doubt doing the job that he was born to do. Just had 2 teeth extracted, without even any discomfort never mind pain. The whole job was done really fast (But without any sense of rushing). Absolutely brilliant. Only giving 5 stars because I can't give six. Many thanks!!”

“We had our child’s party at Warrington Quasar today and are absolutely delighted with what they offered. Everything was covered, 2 games, party food, party bags - but the biggest thing was how well organised and well run. It was a dream. The kids had a ball, the grown ups didn’t have to do a thing, everyone came out happy, smiling and there was lots of laughter in-between. The best games of laser tag and a great space to catch the other team. Little touches, like a grabbing machine where everyone wins a prize, colouring books for younger visitors, staff who know how to get the balance of excitement rather than just chaos. Absolutely fabulous, we’ll definitely be back”

“Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. Bought a Fourth Element Proteus II 5mm wetsuit on Friday and was delivered from Fourth Element warehouse by Ups within 5 days. After a very bad experience in another dive shop in the UK were my wetsuit hadn't been delivered even 5 weeks later for the same item. I was recommended to dive life. Now I know where to shop.”
