Walked out 2.5hrs later after ordering three outfits and your service was undoubtedly first class! My appointment was an hour long and when customers started coming in and the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. “Purchased a shirt, tie and requested a suits worth of buttons (to have my own suit altered) which they sent free of charge! I even offerred to pay for the buttons and postage but they refused, truly a company that cares and wants to offer the best quality service! I only wish I could have bought a suit from them but unfortunately they don't offer Long variations for suit sizes. However, if I ever end up in Salford and need a suit for any occasion rest assured I will be visiting because the customer service was exceptional considering I was an online customer also FYI the shirt / tie are fantastic quality.”

“It's amazing walking into this place as their air conditioning throughout the store is perfect. It's cold but not too cold (to give some context, I'm writing this during a heatwave). They have a really good selection of food and wine and is always a good place to go for a nice meal when you're feeling lazy. They don't have much in terms of raw materials as it's only a small store but still manages to have a lot on offer. One problem they do have, which in fairness is somewhat out of their control, is getting into and out of the car park can be difficult as it if shared with a KFC and is adjacent to a main road.”
