He creates a space where it's possible to be vulnerable and encourages the best out of people with a great balance of passion for acting and compassion for each individual student.”

Manchester Film School
● Open60 Great Ducie Street, Cheetham Hill, Salford M3 1PT, United Kingdom“Studied hear for three years after going to university in London for 2 months and leaving as I knew it wasn't the right course. I came by this course by chance and it was the best decision I made. During the three years I managed to secure work experience (Paid) on Feature Films, Commercials, Documentaries, and TV Shows. Even had the opportunity to work for Burberry Fashion, and with Keira Knightley and Ralph Fiennes. Without the first opportunity from MFS I'd never have been able to have those opportunities. The skills and knowledge I learnt from this school have helped so much even in experiences where I may have not been working in Film and TV. Yes, the tutors can be hard on you, however it's because they know you aren't working to your full potential and they want you to grow and be the best YOU can be. The equipment they have is also unbelievable and they have fantastic relationships with kit hire companies giving you even more experience.”

Manchester Muslim Preparatory School
● Closed“My son attends this school and Insh'Allah so will my daughter. I think the staff and facilities are very good. This is still a very young school and I feel that it is continually getting better. My son used to attend a long established grammar school and I feel they are very comparable, however, here my son learns about Islamic values.”

ACCESS CREATIVE COLLEGE - Games & Media Campus
● Closed“Currently studying a Games Design course here and thoroughly enjoying it. The college have well equipped facilities with plenty of custom built PC's (rocking Intel i7 processors, 32GB of RAM and NVIDIA GTX 1060's, built by Overclockers UK) and graphic software such as Autodesk Maya, Sculptris, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator, plus much more. The main tutor for the games design course, Guy Bramwell-Smith is welcoming and approachable, well knowledged, resourceful, incredibly patient (regarding the younger rowdy 16 year old students) and most importantly, knows very well what he's talking about! The admin staff are helpful with enquiries and friendly to approach. My course mainly consists of sixteen year old students, but they have made sure to try accommodate older students, such as myself, in order to diversify the age range, so most young adults still feel in place. A great place to study, friendly staff, resourceful and open, would highly recommend Access Creative College.”

BIMM Manchester
● Closed“I have just finished studying the Professional Musicianship course at BIMM Manchester. I can’t recommend BIMM enough, my experience was excellent thanks to the staff and tutors. BIMM say their tutors all are experienced industry professionals and this is very, very true! I have learnt from their experiences and they have helped me to grow as a person and musician. Having tutors who were amazing at their craft and knew what they were doing really helped inspire me. The student support staff at BIMM are lovely and beyond helpful, they always go out of their way to help you even if they need to do research in order to help. This applies to the academic staff and the careers team, I have always felt comfortable asking them for help and whilst at BIMM have never felt lonely or lost. As cheesy as it sounds, I truly believe that you get out what you put in. So if you hide away, you might not get as many opportunity or meet as many people as if you put your self out there. This shouldn’t be confused with BIMM not doing their job, this is really down to the individual.”
