“So we get to this place and it was busy, We hadn't booked a table so we were told that we may not be able to dine. As we travelled from Bradford, we were told we could wait until a certain time if the party that had been booked hadn't arrived. Well, the party didn't arrive and we were given a table, I can not honestly fault this place. From customer service to the food service, everything was spot on. It's a Saturday night and considering how busy they were every customer was well looked after with the same level of service throughout. We enjoyed our mocktails and the mains were amazing. We also got a complimentary free dessert and were so touched by this gesture. Danyal who went out of his way from when we came into the place to leaving was a star. Definitely recommend this place you will not be disappointed.”

We can be quite particular about how our steaks are cooked and they were very accommodating with us. The creamy mushroom starter I had is to die for, I'm sure the garlic bread is home baked it was that good and the steaks were absolutely delicious. Definitely be going back!”

“Sapporo Teppanyaki is a great place to dine. The food is delicious and a wide variety of items is available. From beef to lamb to fish to veggie options. They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

“Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

“I went here recently and loved it. I ordered the Aberdeen Angus ribeye steak, medium well with peppercorn sauce and it was great. The chefs platter was really nice too. We also ordered some mac and cheese along with truffle gnocchi and it was really nice. The staff were amazing, our waiter was super friendly and interactive with us. “What an amazing meal. We came in on Saturday night and were warmly greeted by the manager Andy. It was my mums birthday and the table was set up with a birthday balloon to add a special touch to the occasion. starters were so nice, especially the parmo croquettas! The steaks were equally as tasty and so flavoursome, and with or without extra sides, we all were stuffed by the end. Our server Emily was very friendly and polite and made sure everything was all good with the meal. They even brought out a birthday board for my mum to finish off the night. 100% recommend, thank you for the great night!”

“I didn’t have high hopes for this place after reading some of the reviews posted here. However, we booked it as part of a ‘Date Night’ package with the Macdonald Hotel and I have to say I was actually very impressed with both the food and the service. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered the burger. My fish and chips was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant - perfectly cooked fish with the chunkiest chips I’ve ever seen! It came with a generous dollop of tartare sauce which was absolutely delicious. My husband’s burger also looked yummy - a proper thick juicy burger, well garnished and with a decent portion of fries. The waiting staff who served us were very polite and efficient too. I don’t think there’s anything I could find fault with. If I had to be picky about anything I’d say the air conditioning was possibly a bit on the chilly side but it didn’t make our evening any less enjoyable.”

This is a top Indian restaurant, I always order knowing the food will be top quality because they never let us down. It's always clean, it can get very busy during the bank holidays. There is parking at the back of Sainsbury's.”
