Incredibly calming, keeps you informed of progress (IF you want to know what is going on). Highly professional, and a prime example of a person who is without any doubt doing the job that he was born to do. Just had 2 teeth extracted, without even any discomfort never mind pain. The whole job was done really fast (But without any sense of rushing). Absolutely brilliant. Only giving 5 stars because I can't give six. Many thanks!!”
