However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team! “I had always wanted to improve the look of my teeth. A few years before I’d already done Invisalign braces, which worked initially but I didn’t realise that I’d have to wear the retainers for the rest of my days. Unfortunately I didn’t wear them, so they went wonky again. My decision to go down the route of veneers was not one I took lightly. After a lot of research I knew I was making the right decision with Dr Joe Oliver. He is an absolute subject matter expert in the area of cosmetic dentistry with over 25+ years experience. This instantly reassured me, knowing that this all he focuses on day in day out ! My initial call with the wonderful Kerstie both put me at ease but most importantly gave me the confidence to proceed with the £85 consultation. I was excited when I left the initial visit with Dr Oliver with a picture of how it could look. We discussed all options, but I knew that veneers were the way forward for me. I was even more pleased that it wasn’t as many initial teeth as I thought ! The procedure wasn’t as painful as I expected. I’ll be honest, it took some time, a lot of noise but no real pain !!! The outcome was a set of temporaries that gave a great impression of what was to come. I wish I had known then how much better the final veneers were going to be ! They are one set vs separate veneers that you get at the final stage. The great thing is this gives you time to work out what you like, or what you’d like to tweak, and then you discuss what colour you want your final veneers to be. Dr Oliver was really accessible by phone / email to discuss any amends. The final veneers were such a move forward from the temporaries and looked fantastic. It’s not like braces where you have time to adjust so be prepared for the big reveal in one go. Amazing !! I have been really impressed with the post care. Dr Oliver ensured that any adjustments that were required were dealt with as soon as possible, and I’ve always managed to see him in Manchester or London. I could not be more delighted with my new smile, especially when people don’t notice because it’s so natural, or when they do and I eagerly show them the before and after pictures! “I have been a patient here for a few years, and I find the team very friendly and professional. Following the adjustment of my teeth with braces at a different clinic, I needed some cosmetic dental work in the form of teeth whitening and composite bonding. I had a number of consultation sessions with Dr Harris who took moulds and talked me through what the treatment would involve and was very supportive throughout the process. On the day of the bonding treatment I was expecting it to be painful, but through the expertise of the dentist I felt no discomfort and the results are exceptional. “I was very impressed with the high-tech scanner that was used to form an impression of my teeth and the crown that was made from this fits perfectly (I've previously had bad experiences with ill-fitting crowns at another dentist)! “Treatment: Invisalign, top and bottom and whitening I work abroad a lot and wanted to get my teeth straightened for a long time, but could never commit to dentist visits. My wife was already a patient and had her teeth straightened at HMOC, and had nothing but praise they did a fantastic job with her treatment, so after seeing Invisalign, I decided to try and see if this was possible for me and if would it be possible with rotational work. The first visit, was amazing, the entire HMOC team made me feel welcome, Dr Bhatti, is such a professional and explained everything to me, I explained my working situation and he assured me it was possible and the entire process, there was no pressure to take the treatment or sales pitch, all the options were explained in detail and I could (without any pressure) decided if I wanted to proceed, wait or leave, from when my wife had her treatment and the appointment, I wanted to proceed. From the very beginning, HMOC gave me all the support I needed, I had a flight to catch for work, leaving for 4 weeks, Dr Bhatti made sure I get an appointment (within a day’s notice) to start the treatment before I flew, to have all the scans, photos, and explained that I needed a tooth removing as this would be a better alternative than trying to align the bottom teeth, as I would have had an odd number between the bottom and top. I left for Kazakhstan, and then the worst thing happened …… COVID started, I was evacuated back to the UK, my normal dentist was only doing emergency appointments, and I still had to get a tooth removed to proceed with my alignment treatments. I had a letter from Dr Bhatti from my normal dentist explaining that I needed the tooth removed and with this letter I managed to get an emergency appointment and have the tooth removed, my treatment could now proceed. My next problem, was from working 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, due to COVID this would be 8 weeks on, 8 weeks off, so Dr Bhatti explained that I could use the Invisalign remove scanning device and app, which would monitor my treatment and keeping everything all on track and when to change the brace (as it is not like on the adverts for “other” braces, it needs professional monitoring, and not just ‘change weekly’) – I was away and was given support, advise and on all my treatment So I was going to Kazakhstan for 8 weeks, I had several packets of braces and the monitoring tool, but due to COVID, I was stuck in Kazakhstan for 8 months, I was running out of braces, and I thought I would have a problem and have to wear the last set of braced for 2 months before I would get back to the UK, but again HMOC supported me, they posted more braces (as no cost to myself) to a colleague who was flying to Kazakhstan, to bring more braces, HMOC even personally delivered braces to my home when I returned from Kazakhstan. Nothing was too much trouble, HMOC was always there when I needed support, had a question and would always find a solution when I needed them. HMOC always went above and beyond, I was fully supported, was able to get appointments a very short notice, and the treatment was fantastic, I am overwhelmed with my teeth, I went from somebody who never showed my teeth, to a different person now I was that happy with HMOC, my son has now started treatment at HMOC! I wish I could give more than 5 stars...”

They all make you feel calm and relaxed. I've also seen Mr Mirza the dentist and he is soooooo good, as are his team. He didn't ever try to get me to have more expensive trearment than I needed. Reception staff are very efficient and friendly. My next appointment is already booked I highly recommend this dental practice.”
