She then taught me to relax and switch off, and taught me not to try and go to sleep - instead just to let go and relax. The sessions take place in Pam's home which is a very relaxing place where you can immediately feel comfortable. You're provided with CDs - free of charge - to continue to practice with at home, so that you can continue the work you do in the sessions. “My daughter, Faye, is due to attend her 4th lesson with Rob at Marple Gracie Jiu Jitsu this Friday. Although it's technically challenging with a lot of information to absorb, especially considering she has only just turned 7 years old in February; she has really started to pick up the techniques Rob has shown her and put them into practice with the other children. During the week until the next lesson, we practice together to reinforce Robs teaching. Robs teaching is set at a good pace with each pair of children receiving a fair amount of individual time with Rob to help them develop the proper technique. The children have welcomed Faye and made her feel at home. The older children in her class have been kind and patient when she hasn't understood something which is great. Great coach, awesome children and a fun, learning environment. Would definitely recommend!”

“Sensational! Being 38 (but feeling much older) I was a little worried heading down to my beginners gymnastics class... but didn't need to be. Kit the instructor was fantastic. He look the class forward with multiple different ability levels meaning you could push yourself forward if you wanted. By the end of the light I was landing forward somersaults and feeling rather chuffed with myself. The atmosphere was fun with everyone having a laugh and a good time. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable straight away, which you don't find at every studio. Bogdan is a genius. He listened to my ideas and didn't mind when we were still tweaking the design on the morning of the appointment. The eight hour session was relaxed and friendly (and not very painful) which I'm sure was due to the people being great). “We booked via groupon for a 3D scan. We had booked with an other company but the scan had been unsuccessful and wanting to have the decent scan we thought we try my baby company. The first day we attended our baby was not being cooperative, so the ultrasound nurse suggested that we go for a quick walk and come back to see if its improved things. We tried again but unfortunately due to position of the baby and the placenta it was impossible to get a decent picture of our baby. The ultrasound nurse asked us very nicely to return back the following day which we agreed. Upon returning the following day we went in for the scan and to our joy we were able to get some decent 3D images of our baby. The ultrasound nurse was constantly trying to get the best possible image she could and on both days she tried every trick of the trade to make sure that we saw our baby’s face. Even when we had a wonderful view of our daughters face the nurse was still trying to get the best possible picture she could even when we were a 100% satisfied. The second day was free of charge and the warmth and friendliness of the nurses made us feel comfortable and valued. They asked us lots of questions about our daughter and the pregnancy. Would definitely recommend to any expectant parents. Great quality, great consultancy. Thank you very much.”
