"Well, what can I say? After having had so many bad experiences with dentists over the years which resulted in my fear of going I finally discovered 32 whites in Marple. From the moment I walked in, very unsure, I was met with two lovely ladies, Denise and Louise both who made me feel very welcome and at ease. They both chatted to me to the point that I almost forgot where I was. I explained that I was ‘nervous’ and immediately they said you need to see Peter and that he would help me. My journey started there. Peter recognised my anxiety straight away, was sympathetic and professional and explained to me everything I needed to have done and made a plan to go forward. I now felt confident with Peter that my fears started to subside. I trusted him and then underwent some intrusive surgery by Ian who again was very reassuring and caring and follow ups by John again I felt reassured. Each of you have so much knowledge and technique it’s amazing. So a massive Thankyou to you all for everything, for everything you did, in all the parts that you played in restoring my faith in Dentists - not to be scared anymore and for doing what you do best. Message to anyone reading this and you’re nervous and apprehensive just nip in and see the ladies on reception, Denise and Louise and have that chat - you will have taken that first step that I did and you won’t regret it.
