“Air blower was faulty and halfords couldnt fix it. Gave him a call and said he'd be round in the afternoon. Was obviously very knowledgeable, tested it out to find the fault, sorted it out within the hour and didnt need any parts. I was very happy and he tested it for a bit to make sure it was fixed.”
