“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! I attend appointments with Chris regularly. This can be a mixture of treatment or gym work, all of which have been valuable in keeping me pain free. I have had a personalised strength and conditioning plan put together ensuring I’m keeping my body strong. I always look forward to my appointments with Chris as it’s an opportunity to learn, improve and adapt.”
