“We have recently added a Cockapoo puppy to our family and Amber Pets were recommended to us by neighbours. All the staff we have spoken to have been really knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend the shop to anyone, particularly first puppy parents like us. They make it really easy to order food for Denver and have said that anything we needed that wasn't available could be ordered and collected from the shop.”

“It was the first time our two dogs had been away from us in kennels so we were very apprehensive as to how they would cope, we were away for nearly 3 weeks. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. When we collected our dogs the staff expressed how much they loved the dogs and had really enjoyed having them. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought my persian cat Toby here today for the first time and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! The vet we saw was Ann Mea and is our choice of vet to see where every possible, but we are happy with any of the vets at the practice. Ann gave Freya a thorough check over and was as usual precise with her explanation when asked about other concerns. A First Class Vet in a first class practice.”

“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

“We took my sister and her cat here recently and we were all very impressed. The reception staff were very helpful and the vet was thorough, efficient and friendly. She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“Willow came to My Pets Vets for her spay operation in March 2022. When we went to collect her she had a large bleed and had to be rushed back in. Willow had to stay overnight, and we collected her in the morning without issue. Throughout the time Willow spent at My Pets Vets they were in constant regular contact with us, keeping us updated and alleviating any concerns. When Willow had her bleed the receptionist and the vet dropped everything to ensure that she was okay, and it's really nice to know that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care. Changing our vet to My Pets Vets is one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The helpfulness of everyone at the surgery, as well as the use of their app, has made the whole process of taking our pet to the vet a lot easier than we ever imagined.”
