“Fantastic - had a terrible experience (for over year) with my local Lloyds Pharmacy - so decided to switch to Wilmslow Rd Pharmacy that was recommended by a friend. Switching could not have been easier, it took a minute and I was ready to go. Two days later I went to pick up my prescription which took a few minutes (not nearly an hour) and the staff were pleasant and professional. What a delight to find a proper pharmacy again. “Just moved to the area and this vets was recommended to us. So glad we went here, our car was overdue for boosters and they saw him very quickly. They are still running COVID procedures but it works very well. They pick up your pet at the car and bring them back when finished. Quick and professional. I would highly recommend!”

“First went here in 2020 with a dog that wasn't very friendly, but she had a mass and needed operating on the staff were great, they could of turned her away and said no but they didn't! Then our other old dog who passed at home we took him there to be cremated the staff were all amazing! Now we have 2 youngsters and as always staff are brilliant thanks for being warm and friendly and kind it does make a diffrence, I've been to several vets over the years and especially starting from the reception team they are not always as friendly as you at this practise!”

“Greenbank were brilliant today. Can’t thank them enough. My lab got a stick stuck to the roof of her mouth. I couldn’t get it out. She was clearly in great distress. I took her straight to the vets. They saw and examined her immediately Had theatre ready if needed. Luckily they were able to remove under sedation and all is well. I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to publicly say thank you.”

“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”
