“Bought my persian cat Toby here today for the first time and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! My Pet Walker is excellent, and it has changed the way we operate for the better. Feedback from our members and the team has been excellent. From daily check ins, to reminders for birthdays and vaccinations, the app is more than just a diary. My team love being able to see their upcoming bookings and that owners can share notes with them for collections. Invoicing has gone from two hours to just five minutes - I'm getting my time back at last! Ben and his team have gone above and beyond with their help, tweaks and implementing new functions to the app. They are always available to offer advice. Honestly, I've been so impressed and my only regret is not using My Pet Walker sooner - it's worth every penny and more!”

We took our fur baby Dillan at around 3am in an emergency who was in a lot of pain, the male vet that took care of him was so caring and empathetic, and sadly we had to say goodbye to him that night. “When driving a long distance in appalling weather, one can often handle the weather until darkness falls, - when it is another matter. and gets nasty. Thus I was grateful to find I could stop overnight in Knutsford, before travelling further north, even a relatively short distance. I am now making sure my Southport friends know about this happy solution in such a situation. Incidentally, can you tell the good Knutsford staff that I went off with the key for room 110 and send grovelling apologies and will send it first class tomorrow It is 2.00am and just discovered it and it is too late to ring!”
