● Closed“Wow, please please please could the reception staff train all other reception staff how to be so respectful, polite and friendly. I was sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and heard time after time the staff being kind, courteous and caring. Their attitude meant that patients felt heard, understood and most importantly weren't made to feel like an inconvenience (as is often my experience at our local doctors). I really really hope their kind manner takes off and other places realise what a difference treating people as fellow human beings can make. Thank you.”
