"Were the first customers and were sat down. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for food. Customers who came 10 minutes after us that ordered all got their food before us. Makes no sense? The tables next to us got the same buttermilk fried chicken with curly fries too and they were served before us? Their starters and mains were given before we even got our starter. On top of that the food wasn’t amazing to what we paid for? Cost us £50 along with 2 glasses of pepsi. The spring rolls tasted like Aldi quality. The falafel wasn’t crispy but soft and spongy all round… it was most likely pre-made and warmed in a microwave as it crumbled everywhere when bitten into. The dumplings had no flavour whatsoever and was just a mushy filling with some saltiness. The wings had more batter than meat and seemed overcooked due to the batter being black! The mains buttermilk fried chicken just lacked flavour and the actual “chicken flavour” itself. Thought we’d go early and get everything fresh but turns out they give you the leftovers from day before… never going again."

"So this is my first ever review of a restaurant as I've never felt the need to write one. But I almost feel it would be wrong if I didn't write a review on this place. So to start the starters we got where okay, the chicken wings a little burnt but it could be forgiven. Moving onto the mains which are shown in the pictures, they looked nice. Let me tell you by no means where they nice. The Burger was absolutely drenched in whatever sauce it came in to a point where the top and bottom buns where soggy and I couldn't pick the burger up and when I tried my hands became covered in this sauce which formed a pool in the corner of the tray. When I say pool I mean a pool. The chicken was overcooked aswell as drenched in this god awful sauce (it might be nice sauce if there was less). Onto the other main, it was taste less and overcooked. It was also overdone in the sauce, I can hear you asking "well how could it be tasteless" the actual chicken wasn't seasoned so where there wasn't sauce it was just plain no salt no nothing. It didn't seem like there was any pride in their work there, simply make the food ordered and serve it, no quality control or anything. Finally, onto the servers. Now it's a regular thing in restraunts to be a given knives, forks and napkins especially for the food we ordered. However the mains came and we still had no cutlery, we didn't think about it for the starters as they where needed but to have none for the main we different. I had to go out my way to ask the waiter who didn't seem to be all there to get knives, forks and, napkins. To add to this not once did anyone come over to check how our food was and my girlfriend found a bone in her meal. When the bill came I was astonished to find that not only are cokes 3.95 but also they have a service charge. I would never ever complain about a service charge but this was not worth it at all, they was just standing there not checking in on people or removing empty glasses etc. Now that's not service to me, doing the bare minimum of taking plates and drinks to tables does not justify a service charge My suggestion do not go to this place, worst place I've been hence why I've wrote this review. My total bill came to £68 biggest waste of money. Hopefully someone can see this and get back to me. Genuinely disappointed as there where plenty of places to go and we chose this place hoping it would be nice"

"Really tasty food, big portions the food arrived fast. Atmosphere was good. However the prices are a bit on the expensive side, but big portions. The 10% service charge its a bit of a suprise considering the service. Most of the staff looks miserable and were dragging themselves, it needs a better service with the customers if you’re going to charge us 10%. We kept having to remind staff we wanted the bill and to pay. We waited 10 min for the card machine so did other tables."
