“I first met Mr Kim in November 2018 when I started to have extreme pain in my right hip. He discussed all my options with me and carried out a hip replacement in Feb 2019. His care, compassion and professionalism throughout the process and the following 12 months was world class. Mr Kim truly cares about his patients and has a wonderful style of communication that shows he truly understands how you are feeling as his patient. I developed degenerative osteoarthritis in my left hip the following year and he suggested we treat that with steroid injections until such point as surgery was necessary. Mr Kim carried out a hip replacement in February 2022 and this time recommended the robotic option and I am happy to say that as we approach 6 months post-op my new hip is working perfectly. I would highly recommend Mr Kim and cannot end this review without mentioning his amazing secretary, Shabnam, who is friendly, efficient and very caring.”

“OMG so I have had Botox and filler (lips) on a few occasions but I’ve never had the amazing service from any other practitioner than Adam! I first went in to get my lip filler dissolved due to just not being happy with it (done with another practitioner). Adam immediately put me at ease and I felt supremely comfortable in his presence. He has an extremely calming vibe and this actually makes what could well be a scary experience into a really serene experience! I can’t recommend Adam enough and urge you to book an appointment if you are considering any of the treatments he offers. His practice is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Adam is super approachable and extremely easy to chat to and is obviously very knowledgable in the world of filers and Botox … it is also very reassuring knowing he comes from a nursing background. I have visited again since my first visit for a check up (plus Botox & filler) and it felt like I was going to see good friends (you have to meet the super lovely James too!!!) I applaud great service especially in this industry as it’s so important to feel at ease with your practitioner. “Awesome experience! I was suffering from ED and Azoospermia since last 2 years. I met several urologists/andrologists and they had conflicting views about the actual reason behind it. I never felt confident to get treatment from them. Finally, I met Dr. Vaibhav Modgil and he explained to me clearly the reason behind the problem and how he can help us in planning a baby. He performed a surgical sperm retrieval (micro-TESE) for me and recovered a good amount of sperm for my wife's IVF/ICSI. I was also suffering from prepetual adhesions for which he performed a minor procedure to divide them and make them normal too. His confidence and patient-friendly approach made us feel overwhelmed. “I came to see Pam when struggling to sleep, during a very stressful period. Pam explained to me how the body reacts to stress and why this can affect sleep. She then taught me to relax and switch off, and taught me not to try and go to sleep - instead just to let go and relax. It became easier to do this as the weeks went on and I haven't suffered with insomnia since. I've felt much calmer and more positive generally. I have recommended Pam to friends (who also found success) and would say to anyone with insomnia or anxiety to give it a try. Pam explained the process very clearly to me and her gentle manner very quickly put me at ease. The sessions take place in Pam's home which is a very relaxing place where you can immediately feel comfortable. You're provided with CDs - free of charge - to continue to practice with at home, so that you can continue the work you do in the sessions. Arrived at A&E 3:30pm checked in quickly by lovely polite member of staff, moved on quickly to the Emergency Assessment Unit, assessed and sent for X-rays. Outcome possible small fracture resulting in boot to support. All this was done in two hours we left at 5:30pm I cannot express enough how fantastic the staff were especially in EAU who looked after my son (forgot to ask her name ) but honestly my son and I said how wonderful you were and made our experience a wonderful one, thank you so much.”

“Having had 2 pair of hearing aids in the past, I decided I did not want to pay £3000+ again and asked my gp to go NHS. My referral gave me two choices , I chose Beacon medical group. I was assessed within 2 weeks and fitted with new hearing aids a week later. As I said despite paying privately in the past I almost always had a level of irritation which never really went away and that was the biggest disincentive to wearing hearing aids ! The NHS audiologist was quite thorough and although only time will tell , my hearing aids were comfortable right from the start ! I would recommend the Beacon med. services and my audiologist to anyone .”
