I was present when James entered the shop, helped himself to coffee without asking or being offered (I appreciate we’ve all been raised differently!) .. jumped the queue .. before announcing ‘the last barber messed my haircut up and I would like mine washing now’ .. I was in the seat near the window and I looked at the owner with an expression of ‘what the ***‘ absolutely amazed at his rudeness. Still.. they all treated him with respect. Amazed to see the review below ! I too have been going to this barbers since they opened. They are 100% top drawer. Absolutely professional, courteous and polite. Nothing is too much trouble.
